Edward Philip Jutson Le Sauteur (1875-1923) was manager of Renouf's Grocery Stores in Burrard Street, St Hélier, a very high class shop opposite Pool's Garage, for many years, until his death from tuberculosis of the lungs in 1923. He was most meticulous in his manner of dress, appearance and in his habits, and was hightly respected.
